Dr. Chris Herbs is a 2018 graduate of SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to that, he attended SUNY College at Oneonta, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Human Biology. Chris is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a certified running coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). As a lifelong athlete, Chris directly understands the demands of a wide variety of sports, including hockey, soccer, golf, and rock climbing. Over the past decade, Chris has primarily dedicated himself to distance running and is now a veteran of the sport. This background makes Chris an excellent resource for patients, athletes, and clients looking to return from injuries and optimize performance in their active lives. Chris enjoys utilizing his background to create individualized treatments which address the needs and goals of each specific patient and help them return to doing the things they love.
