Isaac S., Strength & Conditioning Coach

Isaac can help with:

Strength Training

Individualized resistance training designed around your current abilities, goals, and experience.

Post-Rehab Training

For patients who have completed formal physical therapy, strength and conditioning can help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and a full return to fitness and activity.

Sports Performance

Strength and conditioning can help athletes develop the strength, endurance, and physical capacity needed for their sport.

Long-Term Exercise

Isaac focuses on helping clients develop sustainable strategies that allow exercise to become a long-term part of their lifestyle.

From rehabilitation back to the activities you love.

Finishing physical therapy doesn’t necessarily mean you’re ready to jump immediately back into your normal training routine.

Strength and conditioning can provide the next step. Isaac works with clients to progressively develop:

Strength
Endurance
Mobility
Movement quality
Exercise tolerance
Physical confidence
Training consistency

The goal is to help bridge the gap between “I’m recovered” and “I’m ready to do everything I want to do.”

Training built around you.

Strength training shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.

Isaac works with clients across different ages, abilities, training backgrounds, and goals. Sessions can be adapted based on:

Current fitness level
Previous injuries
Training experience
Activity goals
Sport

Lifestyle

Whether you’re new to resistance training or looking to improve your performance, the program is built around where you are and where you want to go.
