- Graduate of the University of Hartford where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and Merrimack College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and a master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science
- Licensed and Board-Certified Athletic Trainer
- Former Division II Collegiate Athlete for the Merrimack College women’s swimming team
