A Message from Dr. Danielle Adler:

I firmly believe that each runner, like each of my patients, deserves to be treated as an individual as we all have characteristics that are unique to us. My programs include a thorough screen of the individual runner for any risks for injury or discrepancies prior to analyzing their running. Each program will be created based on how the runner presents to highlight their strengths and bridge the gap between their imbalances.

Option 1: Running Evaluation Starter Pack

Option 2: Strength Training & Drills for Runners

  • Formal Instruction on Proper Exercise Technique
  • Mobility Exercises and Myofascial Release Techniques Specific to Your Restrictions
  • Drills to Improve Running Form Based on Your Analysis
  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • Session: 1-On-1 & Semi-Private Options Available
  • Semi-Private Sessions Consist of 1-3 Clients/Session
  • 1 Session or 6-Session Options Available
  • Runners must Complete a Running Evaluation Prior to Follow Up Sessions To Allow for Recommendations That Are Best For You!

Option 3: Race Prep Training Pack – Half Marathon (13.1)

  • Video Running Analysis
  • E-mail Access to RunFitDoc
  • Three 1-Hour Sessions
  • Mobility exercises and myofascial release techniques specific to your restrictions
  • Drills to improve running form based on your analysis
  • Custom 12-Week Training Schedule
