  • Graduate of the College of Idaho with Bachelor’s degree in Human and Health Performance and a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy
  • Clinical experience in orthopedic and sports settings, as well as with return to sport testing
  • Former collegiate alpine ski racer
  • Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes weight lifting, running, and skiing
  • As a physical therapist, Jarod works to provide patients with the necessary tools to help address their injuries through the use of education and evidence-based practice. His goal is to empower all his patients to maintain an active lifestyle and return to the activities they love!

Dr. Spencer L. PT, DPT

  • Graduate of University of Connecticut where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
  • Level 1 certified for trigger point dry needling from Myopain Seminars.
  • Spencer is passionate about treating leg injuries.
  • He especially loves to treat runners at all levels and has taken various continuing education courses on treatment for running specific injuries.

Dr. Amanda K.

  • Graduate of Simmons University earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science with a Nutrition Minor
  • Prior experience working with outpatient performing arts at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee and The Boston Ballet, including pre-professional ballet and commercial dancers, musicians, and musical theater students
  • Currently coaching for Wentworth Institute of Technology Club Gymnastics Team and started the Simmons University Club Gymnastics team as an undergraduate student
  • Enjoys lifting at the gym with friends, spending time by the water with family, and teaching group fitness classes
