What to wear:

You can wear workout clothes, a swimsuit, or any comfortable clothing in our sauna and cold plunge. Clothing is required.

What to bring:

We supply towels, but you are welcome to bring your own!

We encourage you to drink water during your session, so bring your own stainless steel bottle (or purchase one at Boston Recharge). We do not recommend bringing plastic water bottles into the sauna and we do not allow glass bottles in our sauna and plunge room.
