At Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness, our Strength & Conditioning Coaches understand the differences in people's training goals and recognize that for some, one-on-one training just might not be the best fit. That's why we offer a variety of group training environments tailored to different preferences.
Our "Perform" group strength training class is designed for clients with training experiences ranging between novice, intermediate, and advanced. Programming will focus on strength training, resistance exercises, and basic movements. Through our unique program, you will enhance your strength and improve your overall health, in order to look and feel better. Classes are capped at 6 members.
Designed for clients of all fitness levels, "Sweat" is a high intensity metabolic conditioning class with fun at the heart of its program. Unique to this class is an instructor-to-client ratio of no more than 1-to-6, so clients receive individual attention and appropriate corrective strategies within a group setting. This class is geared towards motivating clients to get their heart rates up, energy flowing, and to push clients to achieve their fitness goals.
